This list includes both successful interviewees and individuals selected from the existing database of qualified candidates for various cadres.

- Accessing Placement Letters: Successful candidates will not receive physical letters via post. Instead, you must log in to your Ajira Portal account. Navigate to the “My Applications” section to download and print your official placement letter.
- Reporting to Work: Candidates must take the printed placement letter to their assigned workstations as specified in the document.
- Verification Requirements: When reporting to your new employer, you are strictly required to bring your Original Academic Certificates (starting from Form IV and above). These will be verified by the employer before an official Employment Letter is issued.
Notice to Unsuccessful Applicants
If your name does not appear in this announcement, it means you were either not selected or did not pass the interview stage. The Secretariat encourages those not selected to remain optimistic and apply again when new vacancies are advertised.
