The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat has officially released the list of successful candidates who have been assigned to various work stations.
What Successful Candidates Need to Do
If you have been successful and assigned to a work station, please follow these steps carefully:
- Access Your Appointment Letter: Your official letter of appointment to the assigned work station can be found on your Ajira Portal account under the “My Applications” section.
- Download and Print: You are required to download and print these letters to present when you report to your new work station.
- Reporting Instructions: Ensure you report to your employer within the timeframe specified in your appointment letter.
- Required Documentation: When reporting, you must bring your original certificates (starting from Form Four and above) so that your employer can verify them before issuing your employment contract.
For Those Not Included
If your name does not appear in this list, it indicates that you were not successful in this round of recruitment. The Secretariat encourages those individuals to continue applying for future opportunities as they are advertised.
