How to Access Your Placement Letter
All successful candidates who have been assigned to work stations are required to obtain their official appointment letters through the Ajira Portal by following the steps below:

- Log in to your Ajira Portal account.
- Navigate to the “My Applications” section.
- Locate your placement letter.
- Download and print a hard copy of the letter.
Note: The printed letter must be presented upon reporting to your assigned work station.
Required Documents
All selected candidates must report to their respective employers within the timeframe specified in their placement letters.
Upon reporting, candidates are required to present the following documents for verification:
- Original Academic Certificates (from Form IV – O-Level and above).
- Any other relevant supporting documents as specified in the appointment letter.
All certificates will be verified by the employer prior to the issuance of an official employment confirmation letter.
Notice to Unsuccessful Applicants
Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider that:
- They were not successful in this round of recruitment; or
- A suitable vacancy was not available at this time.
