1. Pediatrician (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities

- Diagnose, treat, and manage medical conditions for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Monitor growth and development and provide expert medical care.
- Oversee immunization services and provide health education to guardians.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to infection control standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Master’s Degree (MMed) in Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
- Licensing: Must be registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT) with a valid practicing license.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage.
2. Dialysis Doctor (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients with kidney diseases requiring dialysis.
- Supervise hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
- Manage dialysis-related complications and provide emergency care.
- Prescribe treatment plans and ensure the safe use of dialysis equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: General Practitioner; a Certificate in Dialysis Training is a significant advantage.
- Licensing: Registered with the MCT with a valid practicing license.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in dialysis or renal care services preferred.
3. Physician / Internal Medicine Specialist (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in adult patients.
- Conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Provide preventive healthcare and health education.
- Participate in hospital quality improvement and professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Master’s Degree (MMed) in Internal Medicine or a relevant medical specialty.
- Licensing: Registered with the MCT with a valid practicing license.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Physician Specialist in a hospital setting.
