To be successful in these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active working experience in a clinical setting.
- Licensing: Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid, up-to-date practicing license.
- Specialization: Proven experience specifically within the department you are applying for (Theater, Labor, or RCH).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility: Resilience to work under pressure and the availability to cover scheduled shifts.
