Job Descriptions
1. Nursing & Clinical Services
- Assistant Nursing Officer II & Nurse II: Provide comprehensive nursing care, manage health statistics, and offer reproductive health education.
- Nursing Officer II: Professional nursing duties, home-based care, counseling, and work-plan preparation. (Requires Internship & Registration).
- Clinical Officer: Identify/treat common diseases, perform minor surgeries, and mobilize Community Health Fund (CHF) participation.
- Anaesthesia Clinical Officer: Pre-surgery assessment, initiating/monitoring anesthesia, and post-operative pain management.
2. Technical & Laboratory Roles

- Laboratory Technologist: Sample testing, storage, and equipment inspection.
- Radiation Technologist: Administer radiotherapy treatments, maintain specialized machinery, and manage radiation quality.
- Pharmaceutical Technologist / Pharmacist: Ordering, storing, compounding, and dispensing medications; educating the community on drug safety.
3. Support & Administration
- Health Worker: Ward cleanliness, assisting patients with hygiene/feeding, and handling laundry/sample logistics.
- Accountant: Manage payment vouchers, prepare financial reports, and oversee departmental accounting units. (Requires 3 years experience + NBAA/Degree).

- Citizenship: Must be a Tanzanian citizen (18–45 years old).
- CV: A detailed Curriculum Vitae with reliable phone numbers and three (3) referees.
- Certified Certificates: Copies of Birth Certificates, Form IV, Form Six, and Professional Certificates certified by an Advocate/Lawyer.
- Verification: For foreign certificates, attach letters from TCU, NECTA, or NACTE.
- Legal Documents: Attach a Deed Poll or Affidavit if there are name or spelling discrepancies between your ID and certificates.
- License: Valid professional practice licenses where applicable.
