We are seeking a skilled and organised Clinical Coordinator to support and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services at Kafika House.
The Clinical Coordinator will manage day-to-day clinical operations, support clinical teams, strengthen communication across departments, and help ensure every child receives safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey.
Reporting To: Clinical Services Manager
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field, health administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, including supervisory or administrative responsibilities.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; high computer literacy.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse clinical and non-clinical teams.
