Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels to prevent running out of medicine (stock-outs) or having drugs expire. Use software (Isystock) to record all movements.

- Distribution: Coordinate the delivery and reception of local and international orders. Support smaller MSF-supported pharmacies to ensure they have what they need.
- Medical Oversight: Review prescriptions to ensure patients get the right medicine and understand how to take it. Monitor side effects and report any issues.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate the pharmacy and nursing staff. Help them improve their skills in dispensing and stock management.
- Reporting: Analyze consumption patterns and create forecasts to help stay within budget while meeting patient needs.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: A Diploma in Pharmacy is required.
- Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a pharmacist.
