MSI Tanzania is seeking three (3) Assistant Clinical Quality Coordinators (ACQC) to safeguard clinical excellence across our service delivery channels. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will ensure that life-saving Reproductive Health (SRH) services meet both Ministry of Health standards and international best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your role focuses on five core pillars of clinical excellence:
- Quality Assurance: Lead Clinical Quality Internal Audits (CQIA) and monitor provider competency to ensure 100% compliance with MSI standards.
- Technical Support: Provide hands-on coaching and supportive supervision to frontline healthcare providers delivering SRH and Family Planning (FP) services.
- Clinical Governance: Uphold protocols for Medical Emergencies (MEM), incident reporting, and Infection Prevention & Control (IPC).
- Resource Management: Prevent stockouts by training facilities on accurate forecasting and inventory management for FP commodities.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Coordinate data collection, conduct Data Quality Audits (DQA), and ensure accurate reporting into the DHIS2 system.
Qualification and Experience
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Medicine, Nursing, or related Medical Sciences.
Experience & Skills
- Project Expertise: Minimum 2 years working with donor-funded projects (including budget management).
- Field Experience: 2+ years of field-level coordination and clinical experience in Family Planning.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience working with the Tanzania Government/Ministry of Health systems.
- Technical Literacy: Strong IT skills, data analysis capabilities, and numeracy for performance evaluation.
- Leadership: Decisive, organized, and capable of working independently in high-travel environments.
