We are currently inviting applications for Tutor positions in the following specialized fields:

Duties and Responsibilities

Your role will involve a blend of instructional excellence, administrative leadership, and student mentorship:

1. Instructional Excellence

Develop and deliver high-quality teaching notes and tutorial sessions in your assigned field.
Facilitate practical sessions, assignments, and clinical training to ensure students gain hands-on expertise.
Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student growth.

2. Administrative & Departmental Leadership

Serve as an Examination Officer for the Pharmaceutical Sciences and Clinical Medicine departments.
Manage student attendance and coordinate academic schedules effectively.
Active participation in faculty meetings and collaborative institutional initiatives.

3. Student Support & Mentorship

Maintain a high standard of discipline following the college’s core values of faithfulness and hard work.
Provide holistic academic, career, and personal counseling to new and continuing students.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in any of the fields listed above (Medical Laboratory, Medicine, Radiography, Dentistry, Nutrition, Optometry, or Physiotherapy).
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience in a Medical School or Health Training Institution is preferred.

- Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
