Essential Checklist: What to Bring
To ensure a smooth verification process, all candidates must bring ORIGINAL documents. Photocopies, “Statements of Results,” or provisional documents will result in immediate disqualification.
Required Documents
- Identification: Birth Certificate and a valid ID (Travel document, Driver’s License, or a formal letter from your Local Government/Village authority).
- Educational Certificates: Original Form IV and Form VI certificates, plus any relevant Diploma, Degree, Masters, or PhD certificates and transcripts.
- Professional Credentials: A current CV and any specific professional certifications required for your role.
- Legal Name Changes: If your current name differs from your certificates, you must present a registered Deed Poll.
⚠️ Note for International Graduates
Certificates obtained outside Tanzania must be verified by TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. If your position requires a specific GPA, ensure you have an official GPA equivalency from TCU.
