The Medical Officer in Charge of Maweni Regional Referral Hospital – Kigoma announces a job opportunity for qualified Tanzanians to work on a contract basis at Maweni Regional Referral Hospital under the THPS organization in the position of a Doctor who will oversee all activities of the HIV program at the service points within the facility.
Applicant Qualifications
- Must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a government-recognized university.
- Must be registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT) and have a valid license to practice.
- At least two years of experience providing HIV/AIDS services (CTC/ART program) will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership, planning, and self-organization skills.
- Ability to use ICT systems and health information programs (CTC2, DHIS2, etc.).
- Fluent in speaking and writing Swahili and English.
