I am trying to access my Ajira Portal account, but I received a notification saying that my NIDA number has already been used on another account. This means the system has linked my NIDA details to a different profile, which is preventing me from completing my registration or logging into my current account.
I am not sure whether I previously registered with different credentials or if someone else used my NIDA number by mistake.
I need assistance to verify my identity and free my NIDA number so I can continue using the portal normally.

You can try the following steps:
1. Recover the Previous Account— Use the “Forgot Password” option on Ajira Portal to reset the password using the phone number or email you may have used before.
2. Contact Ajira Portal Support — If you cannot recover the account, report the issue to the Ajira Portal customer support team so they can verify your identity and release your NIDA number from the other account.
3. Visit a Nearby Public Service Office — In case of identity mismatch or suspected fraud, visit your nearest responsible authority (e.g., PO-PSMGG offices) to correct the information or file a verification request.
