The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has released an official announcement dated July 23, 2025, inviting successful candidates to report to their assigned duty stations. The announcement follows interviews conducted between September 10, 2024, and June 28, 2025, for various job positions across multiple government institutions and local authorities.
According to the statement, all applicants who passed the interviews have been listed and officially allocated to different institutions. Additionally, some candidates who were previously in the recruitment database have been offered positions following the availability of vacancies.
Successful candidates are required to download and print their placement letters through their accounts on the Ajira Portal, accessible under the “My Applications” section. These letters must be presented to the respective employers during the reporting process.
When reporting, candidates must bring all original academic certificates starting from the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) and above for verification before receiving official employment confirmation.
Those whose names do not appear on the list are advised that they were not successful and are encouraged to apply again in future announcements.
