- Pharmaceutical Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and dispensing of medications within the college facility.
- Clinical Consultation: Provide expert advice to students and staff regarding medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pharmaceutical activities align with national healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
- Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous records of stock levels, expiry dates, and medical supplies to ensure zero-interruption in service.
- Health Education: Contribute to campus wellness by providing information on preventative care and proper pharmaceutical practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who is officially recognized by the relevant boards and possesses a strong sense of professional ethics.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
- Professional Status: Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a valid License to Practice.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months (1 year) of professional experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within an educational institution.
Work Details
- Duty Station: Arusha Mjini.
- Hours: Standard 8-hour shifts.
- Salary: Competitive and based on experience (to be discussed).
