Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines correctly
- Provide professional counseling to patients on proper medicine use
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage storage, stock control, and expiry monitoring
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records
- Be present during inspections and audits
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and integrity
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy
- Registered with a valid practicing license
- Willing to serve as the Responsible Person
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Swahili
- Strong ethics and customer care skills
Experience
- Experience in a retail pharmacy is an added advantage
- Competent fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
