The company is currently seeking a Medical Supplies Sales Representative who is self-motivated, committed, and results-driven to join its growing team.

- Promote and sell medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies to support business growth.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen client engagement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities to remain competitive.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement or new products.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity reports to management.
- Provide feedback to management on market intelligence, customer insights, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Customize sales presentations to suit different customers and sales environments.
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure strong market presence and effective client outreach.
Qualifications & Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Nursing, or Clinical Medicine.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
