The company is currently seeking a Medical Supplies Sales Representative who is self-motivated, committed, and results-driven to join its growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies to support business growth.
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen client engagement.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities to remain competitive.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement or new products.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity reports to management.
  • Provide feedback to management on market intelligence, customer insights, and potential business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Customize sales presentations to suit different customers and sales environments.
  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure strong market presence and effective client outreach.

Qualifications & Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical ScienceNursing, or Clinical Medicine.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
