Medical Attendant Nurse at Mkombozi Polyclinic

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and record accurately.
• Perform wound dressing, catheter care and administer injections under supervision.
• Assist with triage in the outpatient department and patient transfers within the clinic.
• Maintain cleanliness and infectio
• control standards in treatment rooms and wards.
• Educate patients and families on basic hygiene, medication adherence and post-procedure care.

Qualification and Experience

• Certificate or Diploma in Nursing/Midwifery (Medical Attendant level).
• Registration with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Age: At least 35 years old.- Strong communication skills, patient centred attitude and ability to work in a team.
