Duties and Responsibilities
- To handle enquiries and complaints and brief your Manager on issues requiring his attention and prompt decision-making to ensure customer satisfaction;
- To maintain calendar and schedule of appointments, screen requests for meetings, and synchronize office and personal diaries to ensure that appointments do not overlap;
- To assist administration of meetings i.e. taking minutes, typing and circulating them to staff as required; and
- To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by his Supervisor.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Diploma in Secretarial Studies (NTA Level 6) with shorthand speed of at least 100 words per minute in both English and Swahili, and typing speed of at least 100 words per minute and knowledge of Computer Applications i.e. Microsoft Office, Internet or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions
