2 Laboratory Assistant Job (Embalmer) at UDSM

We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill this position. Applicants must hold a Certificate in Health Sciences or Medical Laboratory Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Possession of a Basic Prosecutor Technician or Mortuary Management certificate will be considered an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To perform specified laboratory jobs under close supervision.
• To perform general cleaning of laboratory glassware.
• To take care of instruments and equipment in the laboratory.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by one’s reporting officer.

Qualifications

Holder of Certificate in one of the following fields Health Sciences or Medical Laboratory Sciences equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. Candidates with Basic Prosecutor Technician/Basis of Mortuary Management certificate will be added advantage.
