Qualification and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.
- Maintain HR records and manage the employee database.
- Assist in performance management and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support across departments.
