The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth, supporting our Medical Representatives, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies

  • Organize and coordinate schedules for Medical Representatives

  • Support Medical Representatives to meet and exceed planned objectives

  • Manage product portfolios and ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Human Sciences from a recognized institution

  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulations

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
