2 Dental Surgeon II job at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA)

Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) is a leading public university in Tanzania that specializes in agriculture and related disciplines. It is located in Morogoro, about 200 kilometers west of Dar es Salaam.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach students and assist academic staff in research
• Design, develop, and maintain modular web-based software systems for various university projects.
•  Implement microservice architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability of our software solutions.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React Framework, CSS, and HTML5.
• Develop and maintain back-end applications using FastAPI, codeIgniter and Laravel
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications

Holder of bachelor science in Dental Surgery  from a recognized Institution plus a successful completion of internship for a minimum of one year and has provisional or full registration as a Dental Surgeon with the Tanganyika Medical Council
