Overview
Resourceful Hub is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will possess strong financial knowledge, a thorough understanding of compliance standards, and a dedication to accuracy in financial reporting.
Main Duties
- Accurately prepare and manage financial records, reports, and statements
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, tax officials, and regulatory bodies as necessary
- Keep financial documents well-organized and in line with company policies
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, NBAA, or equivalent)
- Strong grasp of accounting practices, financial regulations, and tax laws
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity
