Job Opportunity
Mtibwa Sugar is currently hiring 22 drivers for its operations. The available positions include drivers for worker transport vehicles (labour trucks) and drivers for heavy-duty cargo vehicles (dumper trucks), all based within the Mtibwa Sugar area.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen
- Aged below 40 years
- Hold a valid driver’s license for large trucks or passenger transport vehicles
- Willing to live in Mtibwa
- Ready to begin employment between August and September 2025
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of driving experience
- Have a clean record with no history of traffic-related offenses or criminal convictions
