Job Placement: Call for Work April 2025

The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has officially released the results of interviews conducted between September 2, 2024, and February 18, 2025.

These results list the names of successful candidates who passed the interviews for various government job positions. Additionally, the list includes some candidates from the PSRS database who have been assigned job placements as vacancies became available.

Instructions for Successful Candidates

Candidates who have passed the interview must collect their job placement letters from the PSRS offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry Office.

These letters must be collected within seven (7) days from the date of this announcement. After this period, any uncollected letters will be sent to the respective candidates via postal addresses.

Reporting to the Employer

After collecting their placement letters, successful candidates must report to their assigned workplaces within the specified period mentioned in their appointment letters.

When reporting, they are required to bring their original academic certificates, starting from the Certificate of Secondary Education (Form Four) and above.

These documents will be verified by the employer before the candidates receive their official employment letters.

For Unsuccessful Applicants

Applicants whose names do not appear in the announcement should note that they were not selected for the job positions. However, they are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are announced.

Important Information

Candidates collecting their job placement letters must bring a valid identification document for verification. The accepted forms of identification include:

  • National ID (Kitambulisho cha Uraia)
  • Passport
  • Zanzibar Resident ID (Kitambulisho cha Mzanzibari Mkaazi)
  • Voter’s ID (Kitambulisho cha Mpiga Kura)
  • Driver’s License
