The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has released an official announcement calling successful job applicants to report to their assigned duty stations. This notice includes the names of candidates who passed interviews conducted between September 5, 2024, and June 28, 2025, as well as individuals selected from the recruitment database.
Successful candidates are required to access their job placement letters through their accounts on the Ajira Portal under the “My Applications” section. They must download and print the letters, then report to their respective duty stations within the timeframe indicated in the appointment letter. Candidates should bring original academic certificates starting from Form Four level and above for verification by the employer before being issued an official employment letter.
For applicants whose names do not appear in the list, it is advised that they were not selected in this recruitment cycle and are encouraged to apply again in future job postings.
The list features appointments across various institutions including the University of Dodoma (UDOM), DUCE, Arusha City Council, Kahama Municipality, and other local government authorities. Job roles include Procurement Officers, Laboratory Scientists, Teachers, Trade Officers, Accountants, Environmental Officers, and many more.
This milestone reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the public workforce by placing qualified professionals in strategic roles across the country.
