Overview
MDAs (Ministries, Departments, and Agencies) represent the national-level entities responsible for policy direction and technical support, while LGAs (Local Government Authorities) are the regional and local entities that implement programs and services tailored to local needs.

LGAs (Local Government Authorities)
- These are the administrative bodies at the regional and local levels, responsible for implementing policies and delivering services to the people in their respective areas.
- Examples include district councils, municipal councils, and ward councils.
- LGAs are responsible for local infrastructure, education, health, and other services.
- LGAs work in collaboration with MDAs to ensure effective governance and service delivery.
