The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews for various positions between 14th August 2024 and 9th June 2025 that the list of successful candidates is now available as outlined in this announcement.
This list also includes candidates who were previously in the Recruitment Database and have now been assigned to specific workstations following the availability of positions.
Appointment Letters and Reporting
All successful candidates who have been assigned workstations will receive their appointment letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section.
Action Required
- Download and print the appointment letter.
- Report to the assigned workstation with the printed letter.
Employer Reporting Instructions
All appointed candidates are required to report to their respective Employers within the time frame specified in the appointment letter.
They must present their original educational certificates (starting from Form Four and above) for verification before receiving their official job offer letters.
For Unsuccessful Applicants
Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider that they were not selected or did not pass the interview. They are encouraged to reapply when new job opportunities are advertised in the future.
