The Executive Director of Songea District Council has officially released an announcement for shortlisted candidates who applied for job vacancies. The interviews are scheduled to take place from 15th September 2025 to 16th September 2025 at the Songea District Council Hall. Successful candidates from these sessions will later be assigned to their respective duty stations.
Important Instructions for Candidates
All candidates invited for the interview must carefully observe the following guidelines:
- Interviews will be conducted on the dates, times, and venues as indicated in the announcement.
- Every candidate must present valid identification such as a National ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
- Candidates are required to bring their original certificates including birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or higher, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Documents such as Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and result slips for Form IV and Form VI will not be accepted.
- Each candidate must cover their own transport, meals, and accommodation expenses.
- Candidates should strictly adhere to the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by relevant authorities such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA.
- Applicants whose names do not appear in the announcement should understand that they did not meet the criteria. They are encouraged to apply again in future job postings.
- For professional cadres that require registration with their respective Boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates and valid practice licenses.
- All candidates must log into their accounts to copy down their examination numbers, as these will not be issued on the interview day.
