Call for Interview at Bugando Medical Center (2,448 Candidates)

The Director General of Bugando Medical Centre wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from 29th July, 2025 to 1st August, 2025. Candidates called for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:

  • Interviews will be conducted on the dates specified in this announcement, with the time and venue indicated for each cadre.
  • Written interviews for specific cadres will be held from 29th to 31st July, 2025.
  • Candidates who pass the written interview will proceed to the oral interview as per the provided guidelines.
  • Every candidate must present a valid identification document for verification.
  • Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, TALPA ID, or Passport.
  • Candidates must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPTS, including:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Form Four, Form Six, Diploma, Bachelor’s, and higher qualifications as per the job requirements.
  • Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form Four/Six Result Slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, and candidates will not proceed further in the interview process.
  • Candidates are responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Candidates must strictly observe the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
  • Applicants who studied in Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
  • APPLICANTS WHO STUDIED ABROAD MUST BRING CERTIFICATES/DIPLOMAS WITH EQUIVALENCE (DPA) CALCULATED BY TCU UNDER THE TANZANIA GRADING SYSTEM (FIVE POINTS SCALE).
  • Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the criteria. They are advised not to reapply unless new vacancies are advertised, and they meet the specified requirements.
  • For cadres requiring registration with professional boards, candidates must bring original registration certificates and valid practicing licenses.
  • Candidates with name discrepancies in their documents must submit a registered Deed Poll certified by the Ministry of Lands.
