Duties and Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
- Coordination: Organize and assist patients and their relatives to ensure holistic well-being.
- Environment: Foster a harmonious and professional working environment for all staff.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with specialists across various disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
- Rehabilitation: Involve families in the care and rehabilitation process.
- General Duties: Execute any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: Diploma in Nursing from a recognized University or Institution.
- Registration: Must be registered with the Nurses and Midwifery Council of Tanzania (TNMC).
- Licensing: Possession of a valid, current license to practice.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience.
