HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking qualified Accountants to oversee financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to smooth financial operations.
ACCOUNTANTS – CPA (3)

Location: Morogoro
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate financial reports and records
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings
- Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating external audits
- Reconcile bank accounts and address variances
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Work with ERP systems and accounting software (including Tally) to optimize financial operations
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory obligations
- Partner with different departments to provide financial insights and analysis
- Safeguard financial information and uphold professional ethics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA certification (required)
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Skilled in ERP systems, Tally, and other accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
