1. Senior Regional Technical Officer โ Care & Treatment (PnP)
Locations: Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, Kagera
This role is built for professionals who understand that clinical outcomes are driven by systems, not just services.
Youโll be responsible for
- Driving HIV care and treatment performance across Police & Prisons facilities
- Translating national guidelines into real-world, facility-level execution
- Strengthening retention, adherence, and viral suppression outcomes
- Mentoring frontline healthcare providers and influencing service quality
Qualifications and Experience
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Masterโs in public health (MPH) or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Proven experience working with C H M T, health facility teams, and implementing partners to meet programmatic targets.
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis, interpretation, and use for program improvement.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in HIV and AIDS clinical care and treatment, preferably within PEPFAR-supported programs.

The candidate should also demonstrate a strong understanding of HIV and AIDS care, treatment, and community-based interventions.
- Previous experience working with CDC, USAID, Department of War, the U.S. Department of State (DOS), or other PEPFARโsupported programs.
- Experience in technical capacity building to non-governmental organizations (NGOs), local government, and health facilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for developing interactive dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and database management systems such as SQL Server and Access.
- Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Collaborative Learning and Adaptation (CLA) methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.
