As we expand our pharmacy services, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Pharmacy Technician will work closely with the Pharmacist to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate dispensing of medications.

The ideal candidate is a licensed professional with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and medicine ordering.
• Provide patient guidance on proper medication usage under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain accurate and secure records of prescriptions and controlled substances.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzania Pharmacy Council regulations and internal policies.
• Support the team in delivering exceptional customer and patient service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Pharmacy Technician License from the Tanzania Pharmacy Council.
• Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
