Denis Nganda is a seasoned eLearning, digital health, and research consultant with over nine years of experience designing, developing, and implementing technology-driven learning solutions across public, private, and global health sectors. He has played a pivotal role in creating Tanzania’s National eLearning Platform for Health, authored the National eLearning Guideline for Health, and led the digitization of national curricula for Health Supply Chain Management in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, USAID, and other partners. Skilled in Learning Experience Design (LXD), instructional design, and data-driven program evaluation, Denis has developed and delivered impactful training modules for systems such as eLMIS, VIMS, DHIS2, and Epicor.
