Paid Internship Program At Nikuze Finance:
NIKUZE FINANCE a Small Growing Microfinance Institution based in Dar es Salaam is inviting interested Young Tanzania Elites to apply for the Three to Six Months maximum Internship Program to champion the Sales of the Institution’s Products and Services.
POSITION: Sales Intern (Paid).
REPORTING TO: Head of Business Development
Responsibilities
- Market NIKUZE Products and Services by doing a Door-to-Door Sales.
- Interacts with Customers in the field and sales prospects.
- Performs other marketing duties relevant to promoting NIKUZE by educating clients on the products and services offered by the Institution.
- Respond to questions about the NIKUZE FINANCE and its offerings.
- Provides information to the office on sales opportunities in a particular community.
- Maintains a customer database and makes regular contacts.
- Provides Customer’s feedback to the Head of Business Development.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Related Studies.
- Must be a Graduate (graduated in 2023, 2024)
- Good oral & written English proficiency
- Must be based in Dar es Salaam
- Good analytical & reporting skills
GENERAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Be fluent in English
- Previous experience in Sales would be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft office applications: Basically Excel and Word
