The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) has officially announced the list of candidates who successfully passed the job interviews conducted between 13th and 16th July 2025. The announcement includes names of applicants who have been selected for various academic positions across multiple disciplines.
All selected candidates are required to report to the university on Tuesday, 29th July 2025, starting at 9:00 AM, at the Records Office, Room No. 315, located in the Administration Building. They must complete employment procedures and present specific documents for verification before receiving their appointment letters.
The documents required for submission include:
Original academic certificates and transcripts (from O-level onwards), along with two certified copies;
Birth certificate;
Copy of National ID (NIDA);
Four recent colored passport-size photographs.
Candidates whose names do not appear in the announcement are advised that they were not selected and are encouraged to apply again in future job openings.
