Call for Interview at RUWASA, UDOM, TIA, TMA, and MDAs & LGAs

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of the Iringa Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (IRUWASA), the University of Dodoma (UDOM), the Tanzania Meteorological Authority (TMA), the Ministry of Health, the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA), MDAs & LGAs, wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from July 19, 2025, to August 26, 2025, and eventually, successful candidates will be assigned to work stations.

Applicants who have been called for interviews must observe the following instructions:

  • The interviews will be conducted starting on the dates shown in this announcement. The time and location of the interview have been specified for each job category.
  • Every interviewee is required to appear at the interview location wearing a face mask.
  • Each interviewee must have a valid identification document for verification purposes.
  • Acceptable IDs include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, National ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or an introductory letter from the local government (village/street office).
  • Interviewees must bring their original certificates, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and so on, depending on the qualifications required for the applied position.
  • Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and Form IV and VI results slips will not be accepted, and candidates presenting them will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
  • Every interviewee will bear their own food, transportation, and accommodation costs.
  • Each interviewee must strictly follow the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
  • Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
  • Applicants whose names are not listed in this announcement are advised to log into their Ajira Portal accounts to see the reasons they were not shortlisted, so as not to miss future opportunities.
  • For professions that require registration with their respective professional boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates along with valid practicing licenses.
  • All candidates invited for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and copy their examination number, as these numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
  • Candidates whose names differ across their documents must present a registered Deed Poll (Sworn Affidavit for Change of Name) that has been registered with the Ministry of Lands.
