Registered Nurse at Mkombozi Polyclinic

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications (oral, IV, IM), monitor patient responses and report adverse effects.
• Mentor and supervise Medical Attendant Nurses in daily duties and clinical procedures
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, referrals and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, patient confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
