Laboratory Technologist Grade II

Qualifications for Applicants:

• Form Four graduate with a Diploma in Laboratory Technology from a government-recognized institution.
• Registered with the Tanzania Laboratory Technologists Board.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Test samples brought to the laboratory.
• Store samples requiring further analysis or referral to higher-level laboratories.
• Perform laboratory inspections, maintain equipment, chemicals, and chemical storage.
• Maintain laboratory records of findings during investigations.
• Train staff and students under their supervision.
• Perform other duties assigned by their supervisor related to their education, experience, and expertise.

General Conditions

• All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged no more than 45 years.
• Applicants must attach an application letter, Curriculum Vitae (CV), birth certificate, and certified copies of academic certificates (attested by a lawyer).
