Reconciliation Analyst job at NMB Bank

Job Purpose
Ensure accurate monitoring and control of the bank’s General Ledger and branch suspense accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reconcile suspense accounts and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues promptly.
• Support branches with reconciliation matters and share best practices.

Knowledge and Skills

• Business understanding of the interaction between Banking Operations and financial management.
• Financial reporting, Accounting, Adaptability and Innovation

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in reconciliation or card settlement, preferably in the banking industry
