Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Officer at Alfa Pharmaceuticals Limited in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Production Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to regulatory compliance, while also managing production schedules, staff, and resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• Good in production planning and scheduling.
• Monitoring production output and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Supervision and management of all production schedules.
• Resolving problems by examining and evaluating data and taking corrective steps.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Maintaining high-quality standards.
• A fresher candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Tanzanian.
