Call for Work Ministry of Health February 2025

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health wishes to inform all applicants who successfully passed the recruitment interview conducted by the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat and were assigned to report to the Ministry of Health that they should attend at the hall of the Institution of Health and Allied Sciences, Mirembe DODOMA (DIHAS) to complete employment procedures on the dates indicated in the announcement.

All appointed candidates are required to bring their original certificates and two (2) copies of each document that was submitted during the job application process, including:

  • Copy of birth certificate.
  • Personal CV (Curriculum Vitae).
  • Two (2) passport-size photos.
  • Copy of National Identification Card (NIDA) or NIDA number.
  • Copies of secondary school certificates (Form Four and Form Six).
  • Copies of professional certificates, including transcripts.
  • Copy of Internship Completion Certificate.
  • Copy of valid registration/license from the relevant Council or Board.
  • Verification of academic certificates (Accreditation and Equivalence) from TCU and NECTA for those who studied in foreign institutions and for those who pursued secondary education abroad or in external curricula.
  • If your names differ across your certificates and birth certificate, ensure that you provide a sworn affidavit (Deed Poll) from the Registrar of Deeds and Oaths, or register the name change with the Registrar of Land and Housing Development Documents.
  • Appointed individuals must report to work within 14 days from the date of receiving the appointment letter. Failure to do so will result in the position being reassigned to another candidate.

Note:
Any candidate who reports without a transcript or with incomplete copies of required documents will not be attended to.
