Job Placement Announcement
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat would like to inform job applicants who attended interviews between February 6, 2024, and January 12, 2025, that the results of successful candidates are listed in this announcement.

The list also includes some candidates from the database who have been assigned workplaces after job positions became available.
Instructions for Successful Candidates:
- Successful candidates must collect their job appointment letters from the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat office located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry, within seven (7) days from the date of this announcement.
- If the letters are not collected within this period, they will be sent to the candidates’ postal addresses.
Reporting to Work:
- Those assigned workplaces must report to their employer within the timeframe specified in their appointment letters.
- They must bring their original academic certificates, starting from Form Four and above, for verification before receiving the official employment letter.
For Unsuccessful Candidates:
- If your name is not on the list, it means you did not pass the interview or were not selected for a job position.
- You are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are announced.
Important Information:
When collecting the appointment letter, you must bring identification for verification. Accepted IDs include:
- National ID
- Passport
- Zanzibar Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Driving License
