General Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or Midwifery.
- Be registered with TNMC (Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council) and possess a valid license.
- Have at least one year of work experience in a similar role.
- Adhere to health and ethical codes, even under duress.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- Be self-motivated and committed to providing excellent patient care.
