Berega Institute of Health Sciences (BIHeS) is a health training institution located in Morogoro Region, Kilosa District.

It is owned by the Anglican Church, Diocese of Morogoro, and offers certificate and diploma courses in Clinical Medicine, Nursing and Midwifery, and Pharmacy.

The Anglican Church Diocese of Morogoro is pleased to announce the following job opportunities for qualified Tanzanians to work at the Berega Institute of Health Sciences (BIHeS):

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a government-recognized university, completed internship, and registered with the Pharmacy Council.
  • Valid practicing license.
  • Certified copies of secondary school and professional certificates recognized by the government.
  • Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
  • Must not be a government employee.
  • Applicants with training in teaching methodology will be given priority.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all teaching-related duties in accordance with ministry guidelines.
  • Supervise and guide subordinate staff.
  • Design and conduct research and disseminate findings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve academic quality within the institution.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor in relation to education, experience, and skills.
