Radiology Technologist Grade II at Sekou Toure Regional Referral Hospital

Job Detail

Must have completed Form Four (O-Level) secondary education.
Must hold a Diploma in Radiology.
The training course duration must be a minimum of three (3) years from a government-recognized institution.
Must be registered with the relevant professional council.

Imaging/scanning patients as directed at the workplace.
Maintaining radiology machinery and equipment at the workplace.
Inspecting processed X-ray images to ensure high diagnostic quality.
Storing patient images safely until results are delivered to the referring doctors.
Supervising staff working under them.
Providing advice on radiology and radiation matters at the workplace.
Preparing medical/investigative equipment and supervising the sterilization of equipment at the workplace.
Providing orientation/initial training to newly assigned staff at the workplace.
Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor that align with their education, experience, and skills.

Eligibility: Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged between 18 and 35 years, who has never been previously employed by any Public Institution.
Salary: Contract employees will receive a monthly sum of Tshs. 250,000/= as per government guidelines issued on December 24, 2025.
