Position: Relationship Manager, Retail Banking
Location: Head Office
Key Performance Indicators: Achievement of all financial and business targets is mandatory.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Job Objective:
To develop and sustain strong customer relationships by offering a range of both new and existing banking products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for credit facilities to support the profitability of the branch
- Proactively promote the bank’s products to enhance market share and revenue generation
- Acquire and grow customer accounts to boost deposit inflows and diversify the deposit base
- Reactivate dormant accounts to support deposit and revenue growth
- Make client visits and attend business meetings regularly
- Execute marketing plans and meet set targets
- Analyze data for reporting accurate insights and metrics
- Build and nurture productive relationships with both new and current clients
- Revive inactive customer engagements
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
