Role: Oversee orientation, training, and mentoring of nursing staff. Support quality improvement and policy implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Valid TNMC registration and license
At least 5 years of leadership experience in nursing
Clinical Nurse – Accident & Emergency – 1 Post
Role: Provide urgent care to patients with medical or surgical emergencies. Support critical interventions and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing
TNMC registration and license
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Clinical Nurse – Maternity Ward – 1 Post
Role: Offer safe, responsive care to mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing
TNMC registration and license
At least 1 year of maternity care experience
Clinical Nurse – Intensive Care Unit – 1 Post
Role: Manage critically ill patients in the ICU. Provide support with ventilation, monitoring, and emergency response.
Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing
TNMC registration and license
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
